Click Go To Web Consolein the McAfee Anti-Theft section.Select the computer with Anti-Theft installed.Click here to access your Anti-Theft Account from another unlocked computer.
If access to the Anti-Theft portal is not possible these options are unavailable.
To access the web console, follow these steps. NOTE: Technical Support does not have access to your unlock password. Access to the web console might not be possible for all subscriptions. Depending on the mechanism, the response can be activated locally and automatically, or remotely by IT. Forgotten passwords and the recovery token require access to the Anti-Theft web console. flexible iT-specified responses Intel AT provides flexible options for automated loss/theft responses. You have two unlock options available, the password or the recovery token. Be aware that the locked computer may restart or shut down if the timer expires. If the timer expires before you complete the steps, you must start over.
IMPORTANT: The following steps require you to take actions on the locked computer and an unlocked computer while you are logged in to your account. You must complete these steps before the timer expires (approximately five minutes).
